Unlike many acoustic duos, we choose not to be part of a large entertainment agency. When you enquire or book with Celestial Harmony, you communicate directly with us — the duo performing at your event. This means a more personal, friendly and attentive experience from the very first message, helping make your celebration feel even more special. And because there’s no agency acting as a middleman, we’re also able to keep our fees more affordable, with no agency commission or extra cut built into the cost.
We perform at a wide range of events, including weddings, drinks receptions, birthday parties, engagement celebrations, corporate events, private dinners, garden parties and intimate gatherings.
Our acoustic sets can be adapted to suit the atmosphere you want to create. We can keep things soft, elegant and relaxed as background music, or bring a more upbeat feel later in the day as guests start to sing along, mingle and enjoy the celebration.
Yes. We can provide live acoustic music for your wedding ceremony, including your aisle walk, signing of the register and ceremony exit.
Live acoustic music can make these moments feel even more personal and emotional, especially when the songs have meaning to you as a couple. We can also perform during your drinks reception, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere while your guests enjoy the first part of the celebration.
For couples who would also like a full electric band in the evening, our sister band Kickin’ Up Stones Party Band is available for high-energy wedding reception music.
Yes. We want the music to feel personal to you, so you’re welcome to choose up to 10 favourite songs from our repertoire that you’d especially like to hear on the day.
We’ll then build the rest of the set around your choices, making sure the music suits the mood of your event. You can also let us know if there are any songs you’d prefer us not to play.
For weddings and special moments, we’re happy to learn one first dance or special request free of charge, provided the song is sent to us at least 3 weeks before the performance date.
Our repertoire and acoustic arrangements are designed to suit a wide range of events. We are not able to create fully customised sets or adapt every song, but we are happy to advise on the most suitable music from our existing repertoire.
Our standard live music package includes two one-hour acoustic sets, with a short break between sets.
This works beautifully for wedding drinks receptions, private parties, corporate events and relaxed celebrations where you want elegant live music to create atmosphere without overwhelming the room. We’ll shape the feel of the performance around your event, whether you’d like something soft and romantic, upbeat and lively, or a gentle mix of both.
We are happy to consider learning a special song that is not currently in our repertoire. Where a song is suitable for our acoustic duo arrangement, we are happy to learn it. This is priced from £75 per song; please allow at least three weeks’ notice.
Yes. We bring our own professional, fully wireless PA system and take care of the complete setup, so there is no need to hire additional sound equipment or provide access to mains electricity.
Although compact and battery-powered, our system delivers clear, powerful sound and can be adjusted to suit the size and requirements of your venue. Whether we are performing in an intimate indoor space, a wedding barn, marquee, garden or courtyard, we create a warm, balanced acoustic sound with enough presence for the occasion, without becoming overpowering or intrusive.
We usually need around 45 minutes to set up and soundcheck once we arrive at the venue.
This gives us time to bring in the equipment, set up neatly, check the sound and make sure everything is ready before your guests arrive or the performance begins. We always aim to be organised, calm and discreet so the music feels effortless from the moment we start playing.
We only require a small, level performance area of approximately 1m × 2m. Our professional PA system is fully wireless and battery-powered, so we do not need access to a plug socket, generator or external power supply.
For outdoor performances, the area must be safe, stable and suitably protected from rain, strong sunlight and other adverse weather conditions. We are always happy to liaise with your venue or event coordinator in advance to confirm the location and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Yes. We are fully insured. Our performance equipment is entirely battery-powered, and no equipment will be connected to the venue’s mains supply. Regardless of this, all of our equipment is visually inspected by a certified PAT tester. Any mains chargers or power supplies brought to the venue will have current PAT documentation.
Many venues ask for this documentation before allowing live performers on site, so we’re happy to send copies of our insurance and PAT certificates whenever needed. This helps keep the planning process smooth for you, your venue and your event team.
Yes, we can perform outside, provided there is suitable cover to protect us and our equipment.
For outdoor performances, we ask to be positioned under a safe, covered area to protect against rain, strong sun or changing weather conditions. This helps keep the PA system, instruments and performers safe, and ensures we can give you the best possible live acoustic performance on the day.
Garden receptions, outdoor ceremonies and summer celebrations can work beautifully with live acoustic music, as long as the setup is safe and weather-protected.
For longer bookings, we kindly ask for a hot meal and soft drinks for the duo during the event. Alternatively, we can offer a rider buyout of £15 per person, allowing us to arrange our own food and drink on the day.
We also ask for a suitable private changing area where we can get ready before performing. This space is also useful for safely storing empty PA cases and personal belongings while we play.
We are based in Surrey and regularly perform across Guildford, Woking, Epsom, Reigate, Farnham, Dorking, Leatherhead, Godalming, Redhill, Weybridge, Camberley, the Surrey Hills and the wider South East.
We also cover nearby areas including London, Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire. For events further afield, just send us your location and event details and we’ll confirm availability and travel requirements.
Yes. We require one parking space close to the performance area so we can unload our PA system and equipment safely.
If parking is only available nearby for loading in, that’s absolutely fine — we can move the car once everything has been brought inside. Any parking charges for the event will be added to the final invoice and remain the responsibility of the client.
Having easy access makes setup smoother and helps us keep everything running on time.
Yes. Travel costs are included in the quote supplied with no extra hidden charges.
